Delivery & Returns

Delivery times depend on manufacturer availability, the delivery address, and the courier service. Typically, delivery takes 10–15 business days following confirmation of availability and a 50% advance payment. Once your order is processed, a consultant will contact you to finalize the details and the most suitable delivery method. You will then receive a specific timeframe and a tracking number. Lead times for international deliveries may vary.

Furniture and accessories are delivered via courier. Standard delivery is curbside (to the street-level entrance/building door) and does not include carrying items upstairs. Please inspect the items upon arrival, as damage claims are only accepted at the time of delivery.

We also offer a “Pick up in store” option at our Sofia showroom (212 Simeonovsko Shosse Blvd.) during the following hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 09:30 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Claims for transport damage must be made on the spot to the courier. You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • It is unused and in its original resalable condition.
  • It has no damage, stains, or missing parts.
  • All tags and labels are intact.
  • You have notified us in writing at info@exteriori.shop with your details and the item description.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After we inspect the returned goods, we will notify you and process your refund via bank transfer within 30 calendar days.

Payment

Orders can be paid in advance via card or bank transfer. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

No, we do not charge any additional fees for card payments.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders under €5,112 / BGN 9,999. For amounts exceeding this limit, payment must be made via bank transfer.
