After placing your order, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the most suitable delivery option based on the specifics of your purchase. Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume and weight of the items, according to the courier’s official rates.
Delivery fees may be paid either upon delivery (cash on delivery), or via a secure payment link sent after the final shipping cost calculation.
Deliveries are made to the building entrance only (street-level access) without carrying items upstairs. Please inspect your order upon arrival, as any delivery-related claims must be reported immediately at the time of receipt.
Showroom Pickup
Orders may also be collected in person from our showroom in Sofia – 212 Simeonovsko Shose Blvd, Sofia.

Delivery Outside Bulgaria
For deliveries within the European Union, shipping costs are covered by the recipient and depend on the rates of the selected courier service.
Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
Any order placed through the online store exteriori.shop may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- You must inform us of your name, address, telephone number, purchased item, and your decision to withdraw from the purchase by submitting a written request via email to info@exteriori.shop
A representative of exteriori.shop will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by phone or email. - In case the shipment is returned on the day of delivery (i.e., refusal of the parcel after inspection with the courier), the cost of the return courier service will be at the customer’s expense.
- All return shipping costs (courier fees) are covered by the buyer. Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you to confirm its receipt and to verify that the goods are in acceptable condition for return.
- In order for a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following requirements:
- The product must be in intact condition – with NO breakage, scratches, or other damage;
- All original labels, stickers, and tags must be present and undamaged;
- The item must NOT have been used;
- The product must be clean and free of stains or dirt;
- NO parts or components must be missing, and no elements must have been removed or altered.
exteriori.shop reserves the right to refuse returns without prior notice if the above conditions are not met. In such cases, the buyer will be informed of the decision in writing.
5. The withdrawal request must be submitted in advance via the email address above. The withdrawal period is considered respected if the goods are returned before the expiration of the 14-day deadline.
6. Provided that the return procedure has been correctly followed, the refund will be processed as outlined below, without additional costs to the Customer, unless the customer’s bank applies transaction-related fees:
Payments made via cash on delivery will be refunded by the Seller through a bank transfer to a bank account provided by the Customer.
