CAVE garden swing
CAVE garden swing, designed by Cane-Line. A modern interpretation of the familiar garden swing, but with the comfort of a sofa. The high-quality materials used to manufacture the swing allow it to be left outside all year round. It is recommended that the swing be mounted on a stable surface and not exposed to strong winds. The swing has a powder-coated aluminum frame and waterproof cushions with QuickDry® foam. The officially tested load capacity of the CAVE swing is 300 kg. For safety reasons, it is recommended that small children use the swing under adult supervision.
Quality features
The sofa is made of extremely flexible, woven fiber and textile cushions, which ensure that it can be left outside in all weather conditions without worrying about its maintenance. Cane-line weave® fiber is elastic, and its hand-woven construction ensures optimal comfort, long life, and easy maintenance. The cushions are practical and comfortable, suitable for all weather conditions thanks to the special QuickDryFoam® technology. It ensures good drainage and air circulation, which prevents the appearance of mold and mildew. QuickDryFoam® foam is upgraded with soft filling, wrapped in a water-resistant inner cover and finished with a special outer fabric. All this allows for optimal protection of the fabric in case of flooding, allowing only 10% water permeability. There are two types of fabric for the cushions, depending on the color – Sunbrella®Natte and Tempotest. Sunbrella®Natte combines the softness of interior textiles with the strength and durability of fabrics designed to withstand extreme weather conditions. Temotest fabric has a Teflon coating that protects against dirt.
Maintenance and storage of garden furniture
Regardless of which fabric you choose, regular cleaning is important to prevent the accumulation of dirt from fallen leaves, pollen, and other debris that would become difficult to remove over time. Cleaning is done with a soft cloth or brush and soapy water. For stubborn stains, wash carefully with a stain remover, preferably Vanish Oxi Action, or wash the cushion covers in a washing machine at 30 degrees. It is important to leave the cushions in an upright position when the sofa is not in use, as this ensures good drainage, minimizing the risk of mold and mildew growth. During the fall and winter, it's a good idea to cover the sofa with a protective cover and store the cushions in a dry, well-ventilated place. Covers in the right size can be ordered separately.
