AMAZE Lounge Chair
The AMAZE lounge chair is part of a beautiful collection of teak furniture designed by the Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen design studio. With its soft lines and warm glow, teak furniture can be mixed and matched with the rest of the Cane-line collections. The collection of the same name consists of a double sofa, chair, armchair, lounge chair, and side table.
Quality characteristics
Teak wood is known for its strength, resistance to moisture and atmospheric influences. In addition to its high technical, operational and physical-mechanical properties, teak wood is also preferred from an aesthetic point of view. In addition to its aesthetic appeal, teak wood also has many advantages – it is resistant to a wide range of temperature changes and ages relatively slowly. The teak wood is WWF-GFTN certified, guaranteeing the origin and controlled harvesting of the material. The lounge chair is available with an optional Sunbrella®Natte fabric cushion. The cushions are practical and comfortable, suitable for all weather conditions thanks to the special QuickDryFoam® technology. Sunbrella®Natte combines the softness of interior textiles with the strength and durability of fabrics designed to withstand extreme weather conditions.
Maintenance and storage of garden furniture
Teak garden furniture is delivered unfinished. If the furniture remains unfinished, the wood will weather over time and take on a pale gray color. It is recommended that it be treated with a special protector before use as a protective measure against mechanical and atmospheric influences. Teak wood is a natural product and therefore continues to change. This means that small cracks may develop due to the natural drying of the wood. Regular cleaning of the fabric is important to prevent the accumulation of dirt from fallen leaves, pollen, and other debris, which would become difficult to remove over time. Clean with a soft cloth or brush and soapy water. For stubborn stains, wash carefully with a stain remover, preferably Vanish Oxi Action. You can wash the cushion covers in a washing machine at 30 degrees. It is important to leave the cushions in an upright position when the deck chair is not in use, as this ensures good drainage, minimizing the risk of mold and mildew growth. For proper storage during the fall and winter months, it is best to keep them indoors or under a cover. If you use a cover, make sure it is raised high enough to prevent condensation or mold and mildew from forming.
